Our Albariño Vineyards are 20 years old and from the plots of Altos de Torona, in Tui, DO Rias Baixas, in the subzone of O Rosal, Pontevedra, on the banks of the Miño River.

Appearance: Intense and brighten golden yellow color.

Nose: Very intense, highlighting the primary and Atlantic aromas of the Albariño variety with clearly: Floral touch of jasmine and violets are wrapped by an outstanding fruitness where the fresh aroma of freshly picked peach stand out.

Palate: This white wine is elegant, complex, persistent and very citric. Its mineral background hypnotizes, giving way to an extraordinary salinity that asks for a new sip.

19,225 Bordeaux bottles have been produced.

After a careful selection of the grapes, they enter the cellar in the early hours of the morning for a cold pre-fermentation maceration with their skins, for 10 hours. After the alcoholic fermentation at an average temperature of 13 degrees and racking process, this wine has been aged on its fine lees for approximately 4 months and then moved to Casa Rojo to be aged in new French barrels for an additional 5 months.
