The grapes are hand harvested during the last week of September using small boxes of 15 kilos to keep the bunches in perfect condition. Grapes arrive at the winery through a selection table. Fermentation is in stainless steel deposits, aging on its lees for a minimum of 5 months.
Straw yellow color with greenish hues. Intense and complex nose with native aromas of the grape variety, notes of fruits such as apple, peach and pineapple with light notes of white flowers. Powerful, fresh, and pleasant is the acidity of the Albariño. The long finish leaves you with the taste of green fruits.
